Tasting Note
Pale yellow with green hints. Intensely aromatic—mango, peach, citrus zest, orange peel, white flowers and mineral accents. Creamy mid‑palate, vibrant acidity and a saline, persistent finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled scallops, oysters, seafood pasta, vegetable risotto, roast chicken, goat cheese. Asian: sushi/sashimi, Thai green curry, Vietnamese spring rolls, light Chinese seafood dishes.

Production Method
Fermented and aged ~6 months on fine lees in stainless‑steel vats with regular bâtonnage. Grapes from organically farmed vineyards; no heavy new oak aging.

Château La Nerthe, one of Châteauneuf‑du‑Pape’s oldest estates (documents from 1560). Les Cassagnes fruit comes from the highest terraces of Domaine de la Ranjarde; vineyards certified organic (AB/Ecocert).
