Tasting Note
Pale gold with green highlights. Aromas of pear, peach, white flowers, honey and toasted almond; palate is full-bodied with ripe stone fruit, pineapple, citrus, pastry and subtle oak, finishing long and mineral.

Food Pairing
Grilled sea bass with herb butter, lobster Thermidor, roasted monkfish, creamy poultry or veal dishes (western); miso-glazed black cod, Thai coconut prawn curry, soy-ginger glazed salmon, dim sum and scallop dishes (Asian).

Production Method
Organically farmed, hand-harvested grapes from the Clos de Beauvenir. Fermented in French oak (demi-muids and some new barriques), aged ~9–12 months on the lees, then blended and bottled.

Vineyard Info
Château La Nerthe is one of Châteauneuf-du-Pape’s oldest estates. Clos de Beauvenir (limestone soils) is reserved for white varieties; the estate has been organically certified since 1998.
