Tasting Note
Pale yellow with honeysuckle, white flowers, brioche, citrus and toasted nuts. Medium-full, round palate with integrated oak, vanilla and candied-fruit notes, a mineral spine and a long, refined finish.

Food Pairing
Western: scallops with cream, buttered lobster, roast chicken, veal, pork, foie gras, strong cheeses. Asian: miso-glazed fish, Thai coconut curry (mild), teriyaki salmon, soy-and-ginger shellfish dishes.

Production Method
Clos-sourced blend; Roussanne raised primarily in French oak barriques, other varieties in stainless; élevage ~10 months with majority French oak integration.
