Tasting Note
Concentrated dark cherry and blackcurrant with Provençal garrigue, pepper, leather and spice. Velvety, ripe tannins, juicy acidity and a long, savory finish with subtle vanilla and cedar from oak.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, plot-by-plot vinification with 21–28 day maceration; malolactic in oak vats; aged ~12 months in foudres and barrels; certified organic viticulture.
