Tasting Note
Pale lemon; aromas of stone fruit, white flowers, lime, pineapple and mango with mineral and honeyed citrus notes. Medium-full, balanced and expressive with a lingering finish.

Western: butter-roasted fish, lobster, scallops, roast chicken, veal, goat cheese. Asian: miso-glazed fish, steamed ginger-scallion fish, Thai coconut curry chicken, rich sushi or sashimi.
Production Method
Hand-harvested; majority fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel; Roussanne partly vinified and aged in demi-muids (one-third new); lees ageing and blended before bottling.
