Tasting Note
Bright, zesty rosé with citrus, honeysuckle, peach and pear up front, plus red-berry notes of cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry; fine persistent bubbles and a refreshing, lively finish.

Food Pairing
Western: smoked salmon and avocado salad, creamy burrata, prosciutto and melon, light seafood, fruit desserts. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, dim sum, Thai papaya salad, lightly spicy Szechuan or Cantonese dishes.

Production Method
Blend of predominantly Glera with ~10–15% Pinot Noir; brief skin maceration of Pinot Noir, cryo-maceration of Glera, and second (Martinotti/Charmat) fermentation in pressure tanks; aged on lees per DOC rules.
