Tasting Note
Salmon-pink; aromas of red berries, peach and citrus with mineral and subtle spice. Palate shows ripe strawberry, raspberry and stone fruit, bright acidity and saline, phenolic finish. Medium-full and gastronomic.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled seabass, roast chicken, Niçoise salad, ratatouille, smoked salmon, charcuterie. Asian: sushi, Thai prawn curry, spicy seafood stir-fries, grilled prawns, Korean BBQ.

Production Method
Direct-press rosé; cold fermentation in stainless steel on fine lees. Organic/biodynamic viticulture with short élevage to preserve freshness.

Château La Coste is an organic/biodynamic estate near Aix-en-Provence (≈200ha), launched 2008; features a Jean Nouvel-designed winery and produces premium Provençal wines.
