Tasting Note
Pale salmon pink with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, white peach and citrus. Crisp, lively palate of grapefruit, peach and subtle minerality, bright acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.

Food Pairing
Western: seafood salads, grilled fish, goat cheese, chicken carpaccio, Niçoise salad. Asian: sushi and sashimi, prawn tempura, Thai seafood salad, Vietnamese spring rolls, light Korean BBQ (shellfish).

Production Method
Direct press of grapes; cold fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel; brief aging on fine lees to add texture; no oak influence.
