Tasting Note
Perfumed Pomerol: black cherry, blackberry and kirsch with cocoa, toasted oak and wet-stone minerality. Silky, ripe tannins, lively acidity and a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Merlot-dominant blend; fermented in temperature-controlled vats with pump-overs and malolactic in barrel; matured ~15–18 months in French oak (significant new oak percentage).
