Tasting Note
Black-cherry and cranberry fruit with leather, smoke, cedar and spice notes; silky, structured tannins and medium body with a persistent, slightly empyreumatic finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; classic Burgundian open-vat fermentation with manual punch-downs, malolactic fermentation and élevage in French barriques (≈50% new). Estate practices certified Ecocert.
