Tasting Note

Classic Jiangxiang (sauce) aroma: roasted/savoury soy, toasted grains, umami mushrooms, dried fruit and pear, floral top notes, toasted sesame and nuts; rich, silky mouthfeel with a long savoury-sweet finish.
