Tasting Note
Intense yellow-gold. Aromas of toast, brioche, stone fruit, verbena and pastry cream. Palate is unctuous, creamy with peach, ripe citrus, toasted/pine nut notes and a crisp, mouthwatering lemon finish.

Food Pairing
Western: aged Parmesan, Jabugo ham, oysters, asparagus with garlic butter, turbot with truffle, tarte Tatin. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura prawns, dim sum, Vietnamese spring rolls, lightly spiced Thai or Chinese seafood dishes.

Méthode traditionnelle; blend of 150 wines from 13 vintages with ~31% reserve wines; partial oak fermentation, long lees aging; dosage ~4 g/L.
