Food Pairing

Western: charcuterie, smoked salmon, creamy soft cheeses (Camembert), roast duck with cherries, porchetta. Asian: sushi and sashimi, tempura prawns, spicy Thai salads, Peking duck, Korean-style grilled chicken.
