Tasting Note

Blackberry, black plum, cassis, cracked pepper, tobacco and cedar; medium‑high acidity, silky tannins, mineral core and a long, spicy finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested; fermentation in small stainless-steel tanks with grape-stomping (24–28°C); aged ~18 months in 225L French oak.
