Tasting Note
Mediterranean-style red: ripe red berries, wild herbs, rose petal and orange-peel lift, spice and pepper, mineral basaltic note, integrated oak, juicy round palate with fine chalky tannins and a long finish.

Western: grilled lamb, roast beef, charcuterie, aged Manchego or cheddar, paella. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu, spicy Sichuan beef, grilled yakitori, Indonesian satay with peanut sauce.
Production Method
Biodynamic, organic farming; hand-harvested; separate vinification in small stainless tanks and oak, aged 12 months in varied vessels then 6 months in foudre before bottling.

Viña Koyle (Undurraga family) at Los Lingues, high-density plantings on basaltic slopes at ~480m. Founded 2006–2010 plantings; focused on biodynamics, organic certification and low-intervention winemaking.
