Tasting Note

Inky, full-bodied red of blackberries, crushed plum, graphite, mint and dark spice. Velvety texture with firm, ripe tannins, fresh acidity and a long, spicy cocoa-tinged finish. (50 words max).


Food Pairing

Western: grilled ribeye, herb‑crusted leg of lamb, roasted beef, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi), Sichuan pepper beef, char siu, teriyaki‑glazed beef, rich Japanese curry.


Production Method

Hand-harvested, fermented in separate lots (600L/600L barrels), aged ~24 months in 225L French oak (≈50% new), blended and aged ~9 months in concrete egg; unfiltered. Biodynamic/organic practices.


Vineyard Info

Viña Koyle (Undurraga family) founded on Los Lingues estate (since 2006); practices biodynamic/organic viticulture on high-density, low-yield basalt soils; project led by Cristóbal Undurraga.
