Tasting Note
Focused blue/red berries, sweet currant and blueberry, floral and mineral notes with tobacco and spice. Full-bodied, silky, delineated tannins and long, textured finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested parcels fermented in 600L barrels (20–22°C), each variety aged 24 months in 225L oak, blended and aged 9 months in concrete eggs; organic/biodynamic practices.
