Tasting Note

Focused blue/red berries, sweet currant and blueberry, floral and mineral notes with tobacco and spice. Full-bodied, silky, delineated tannins and long, textured finish.

Western: grilled steak, roast lamb, venison, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Japanese yakiniku, Chinese char siu or roast duck, Sichuan-style beef.


Production Method

Hand-harvested parcels fermented in 600L barrels (20–22°C), each variety aged 24 months in 225L oak, blended and aged 9 months in concrete eggs; organic/biodynamic practices.

Icon wine from Viña Koyle’s Los Lingues estate (400–480m). Small high-density, low-yield biodynamic plots on basaltic soils; crafted by Cristóbal Undurraga’s team.
