Concentrated dark-berry and plum fruit with blackcurrant, black tea, cedar, spices and basaltic minerality; silky, layered tannins and a long, savory finish.

Hand‑harvested grapes; individual-variety fermentations in rolling 600L barrels; 24 months in 225L oak; blended and aged 9 months in concrete eggs; organic/biodynamic practices; bottled after further bottle aging.
