Tasting Note
Deep amber-gold. Intense aromas of dried apricot, orange peel, honey, jasmine and sweet spice. Luscious, viscous palate of caramelised peaches, marmalade and sultana balanced by bright, pithy acidity; long, nutty, floral finish.
Food Pairing
Western: foie gras, crème brûlée, blue cheeses (Roquefort), almond or apricot tart. Asian: mango sticky rice, mooncake, red‑bean desserts, Chinese egg tart, coconut custard.
Production Method
100% Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains. Multiple late-harvest passes select raisined berries by hand; partial drying, slow controlled fermentation; aged in French oak and acacia barrels and large foudres; blended and bottled unfortified.
