Production Method
Hand-harvested parcels, plot-by-plot vinification with gentle extraction; bleeding and R’pulse techniques; malolactic fermentation and 18 months in oak (half renewed yearly).

Château Kirwan, a Third Growth (1855) on the Cantenac plateau (≈37 ha), produces its grand vin from gravel and clay soils; owned by the Schÿler family with modernized winemaking under Philippe Delfaut.
