Tasting Note

Perfumed red and black cherry, dried tomato, rose petal and olive notes; savory earth and spice, medium-full body, firm grippy tannins and bright acidity with a long, savory finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested Xinomavro; cold-soaked, fermented in stainless steel (20–23°C), malolactic fermentation, aged ~12 months in 225–500L French oak (mix new and used).
