Tasting Note
Crisp citrus, white peach and apricot with white-flower aromatics, stony/mineral and saline undertones, high acidity and a long, zesty finish.

Kir-Yianni (founded 1997 by Yiannis Boutaris) farms high-altitude Amyndeon vineyards (600–700m) with poor sandy soils; estate-run under Stellios Boutaris.
