Tasting Note
Clean, crisp and silky. Subtle citrus and honey on the nose, light white-pepper and mineral notes with faint anise/licorice; velvety mouthfeel and a dry, lingering finish.

Production Method
Made from 100% European winter wheat; rectified column spirit blended with small-batch copper pot distillate, charcoal filtered, rested in tile-lined tanks and bottled at 40% ABV.

Produced by the Nolet Family Distillery (since 1691) in Schiedam. Ketel One introduced in the 1980s; family oversight continues with global distribution partnerships.
