Tasting Note
Concentrated, mineral-driven Riesling with citrus, pear, apricot and white-peach notes, saline-stony minerality, herbal and subtle smoky hints, razor-sharp acidity and laser-like precision leading to a very long, saline finish.

Food Pairing
Western: oysters, scallops, grilled or baked sea bass, fish carpaccio, roast chicken, pork with citrus glaze, aged goat or alpine cheeses. Asian: sushi/sashimi, steamed dumplings, Vietnamese spring rolls, yuzu or lemongrass seafood, mildly spicy Thai or Sichuan dishes (balances heat).

Production Method
Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and partly in large neutral oak casks; aged several months on lees; minimal sulfur. Classified as Grosses Gewächs (VDP Grosse Lage).

Weingut Keller, family estate since 1789 (Klaus‑Peter Keller current lead). Oberer Hubacker is the family's historic monopole parcel (cadastral name reinstated; old vines on limestone soils).
