Dark berry and plum fruit with violet, smoked charcuterie, black olive, cocoa and clove; fine-grained tannins, savory spice and a long, elegant finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; destemmed and open-top fermented (~13 days); basket-pressed; matured ~18 months in 33% new French and American oak puncheons; bottled Feb 2023.
