Tasting Note
Bright blueberry and mulberry with white pepper, warm spice and dark chocolate tannins; supple, elegant cool‑climate Shiraz with a persistent, savory finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled/charred steak, lamb backstrap, roast beef, venison, aged hard cheeses. Asian: char siu or Korean BBQ beef, spicy Sichuan beef, teriyaki-glazed meats, lamb skewers with cumin. Also pairs with roasted beetroot salad and mushroom dishes.

Production Method
Small parcels from estate terra rossa vineyards; fermented as Shiraz and matured ~16 months in French/American oak with a high proportion of new oak for extended ageing. Handcrafted limited‑release production.
