Tasting Note
Peach, melon and citrus notes with subtle vanillin oak, creamy lees-driven mouthfeel, bright acidity and a fresh, lingering finish.

Roast chicken, smoked salmon pasta, pizza margherita; Asian: miso-glazed fish, salmon sushi, teriyaki chicken, mild Thai or Vietnamese dishes.

Production Method
Small portion barrel fermented and matured on yeast lees for ~6 months (predominantly American oak); remainder tank-fermented and blended; bottled dry (<2g/L RS).
