Tasting Note

Pronounced fresh yuzu citrus with creamy lactic (Calpis) notes; sweet-tart, light-bodied, low alcohol (8%), refreshing finish with a mild milky roundness.


Food Pairing

Western: grilled chicken with lemon, goat cheese, seafood ceviche; Asian: tempura, sashimi, yakitori, spicy Korean chicken; excellent as an aperitif or soda/tonic mixer.

Blend of fresh yuzu juice, lactic-acid beverage (Calpis), refined sake and distilled alcohol; lightly filtered and bottled at low ABV (~8%).
