Tasting Note
Full-bodied red with blackcurrant, blackberry, dark chocolate, coffee and cinnamon notes, framed by polished, finely structured tannins and a long, elegant finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast beef, ribeye, lamb chops, mushroom risotto, aged cheddar. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, braised beef noodle, Korean BBQ, spicy Sichuan beef.

Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes, destemmed, cold-soaked, fermented in temperature-controlled stainless tanks, malolactic fermentation, aged ~12 months in used French barriques.
