Tasting Note
Bright cherry-red with intense aromas of ripe red and black fruits, spice and herbal notes. Clean, lively palate with crisp acidity, soft tannins and an expressive, slightly herbal finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast duck, grilled salmon, mushroom risotto, pork tenderloin, tomato-based pasta. Asian: Peking/roast duck pancakes, teriyaki salmon, char siu, miso-glazed eggplant, salmon nigiri/sushi, yakitori.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Neuquén fruit; ferment in concrete tanks, followed by ~12 months ageing in French oak (≈1/3 new, 1/3 two-year, 1/3 three-year).
