Tasting Note
Deep purple Malbec with blackberry, blueberry, violets, and black cherry; hints of white pepper, clove and subtle vanilla from oak. Smooth, silky entry, round tannins, refreshing acidity and a long, persistent finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit from three Uco Valley sites; fermented in concrete/stainless tanks with selected/native yeasts; aged ~12 months in French oak (new and used) and briefly bottle-aged before release.
