Tasting Note
Golden-yellow with ripe pineapple, white peach, coconut, vanilla and toffee; creamy and unctuous on the palate with bright acidity, mineral lift and a long, fresh finish.

Production Method
Grapes sourced from high-altitude Gualtallary and Vistalba; ~35% fermented in oak barrels, aged in oak with partial malolactic influence to develop lactic/toasty notes.
