Tasting Note
Deep ruby with ripe blackcurrant, plum, cassis, black pepper, tobacco and dark chocolate. Vanilla and cedar from oak; full, rounded palate with ripe tannins and a long, spicy finish.

Food Pairing
Grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef empanadas, aged Manchego or cheddar; Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Sichuan-style beef, Cantonese roasted duck, spicy Thai or Malaysian grilled meats.

Production Method
Fermented in stainless steel, aged ~12 months in a mix of new and used oak barrels; classic Mendoza red-wine vinification with careful temperature control and rackings.
