Tasting Note
Intense bright ruby; aromas of cherries, raspberries, black pepper and clove. Smooth, velvety entry with elegant, well-integrated tannins and a long, persistent fruit-and-spice finish.

Grilled steak, roast lamb, mushroom risotto, aged cheddar or Manchego; Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu pork, spicy Sichuan beef, miso-glazed eggplant.

Production Method
Grapes from Los Chacayes (Uco Valley), controlled fermentation and maturation about 12 months in French oak barrels, followed by bottle ageing.
