Tasting Note

Pronounced aromas of melon, green apple and white pear with floral notes. Silky, slightly sweet palate with gentle umami and balanced acidity; elegant, lingering, clean finish.

Production Method

Junmai Ginjo: rice milled ~40–50%, low-temperature ginjo fermentation with selected yeast; often pressed using nakadori (middle-press) and bottled chilled.
