Bright yellow; apricot, guava, orange peel and ripe peach with pronounced minerality. Juicy, fruit‑sweet yet balanced by racy acidity and a long, saline finish.

Western: foie gras, blue cheese, apple or stone‑fruit tart, roast pork with apple; Asian: Peking duck, sweet‑and‑sour pork, spicy Thai curries, Szechuan dishes, dim sum, mango sticky rice.

Production Method
Organically farmed, hand‑harvested grapes. Gentle whole‑cluster pressing, cool fermentation leaving residual sugar; matured in large old fuder and stainless steel with minimal intervention.

Jurtschitsch is a family estate in Langenlois (Kamptal), working organically with a 700‑year old natural cellar; Loiserberg is terraced, up to ~380m on crystalline glimmer schist soils.
