Tasting Note
Dry, racy Riesling with lime, green apple, white peach and floral lift; pronounced slate minerality, bright acidity, light-medium body and a crisp, stony finish.
Food Pairing

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit from slate sites; spontaneous/native yeast fermentation in stainless steel and large neutral fuder, aged briefly on fine lees with minimal intervention.

Julian Haart farms ~5 hectares around Piesport (Goldtröpfchen, Ohligsberg, Schubertslay). Founded own label in 2010; family has winemaking roots in Piesport; trained with Egon Müller and Klaus Peter Keller.
