Tasting Note
Racy Mosel Rieslings: lemon, lime, green apple and white-peach fruits, floral lift, vivid slate/mineral and saline notes. Kabinetts show delicate sweetness and perfumed charm; the GGs are more concentrated, laser-focused and long.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested single‑vineyard Riesling; gentle whole‑cluster pressing, cool fermentations in stainless and neutral vessels, minimal intervention and careful élevage to preserve acidity and site expression.
