Tasting Note
Delicate white flowers, green apple and yellow peach with citrus zest, subtle saline minerality and lively, clean acidity; light, slightly fleshy palate and a fresh, elegant finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; whole-bunch pneumatic pressing (~6 hours); spontaneous (indigenous) fermentation in century-old foudres; élevage on fine lees for several months; light filtration and spring bottling.

Family-owned Domaine Josmeyer (Wintzenheim), run by the Meyer family; converted to organic/biodynamic viticulture (Biodyvin/Ecocert) in the 2000s; ~25–28 ha including Grand Cru holdings.
