Tasting Note
Delicate, floral and exotic-fruited (lychee, mango, white flowers) with gentle spice (pepper, cardamom), fresh acidity and a medium body finishing with playful spice.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressing, natural settling; spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and élevage on fine lees in large foudres and stainless steel; filtered before bottling.
