Tasting Note

Perfumed red fruits (raspberry, cherry) with rose and violet florals, sweet spice and subtle smoke; medium-bodied, silky tannins, lively acidity, mineral undertow and a long, refined finish.

Hand‑harvested Pinot Noir; partial whole‑cluster fermentation in stainless/wood; aged ~16 months in French oak (40–50% new); viticulture managed organically on plot.
