Tasting Note

Bright garnet with violet highlights. Ripe red and black cherry, blackberry, floral violet, sweet spice and forest-floor notes; silky texture, fine tannins and a long, elegant finish.


Food Pairing

Western: roast duck, herb‑crusted lamb, mushroom risotto, aged Comté or Brie. Asian: Peking duck, miso-glazed salmon, char siu (Cantonese roast pork), soy/ginger braised mushrooms.


Production Method

Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; partial whole clusters, gentle extraction in vats; matured ~16 months in French oak (40–50% new). Minimal intervention to preserve terroir expression.
