Tasting Note
Concentrated blackberries, cassis and mulberry with black pepper, clove, menthol and cigar-box oak. Full-bodied, rich and savory with firm chewy tannins and a long, spicy finish.

Grilled ribeye, roast lamb, venison or braised short ribs; Asian: Korean BBQ, char siu, Peking duck, spicy Sichuan beef, teriyaki beef skewers.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Shiraz; cold soak and open-top fermenters, malolactic in tank, matured 12–17 months in American and French oak (mix of new and used).
