Zesty lime, kaffir lime leaf, white peach and nectarine with chalky minerality, dried citrus peel and a crunchy, mouthwatering acidity leading to a long, dry finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit, gentle pressing and rapid transfer to cool fermentation (stainless steel) to preserve primary fruit and bright acidity.
