Tasting Note
Pale, intense oilskin, grapefruit and lemon aromas with camomile and herb notes. Sweet-lemon curd, lime and grapefruit flavours; lovely richness and viscosity balanced by very precise, minerally acidity and a long, fresh finish.

Food Pairing
Oysters, grilled prawns, lemon sole, roast chicken, goat cheese; Asian: sashimi/sushi, Thai green curry, Vietnamese spring rolls, spicy Sichuan pork.

Production Method
Hand-harvested (often at night), destemmed, light membrane press; cold stainless-steel fermentation to preserve purity; bottled and cellared (Cellar Release) for several years before release.

From the historic Florita Vineyard (planted 1962) at Watervale; Terra Rossa/loamy soils over limestone. Owned and bottled by Jim Barry family; Block 26 yields the finest Florita parcels.
