Tasting Note
Perfumed lime and lemon zest with white blossom, chamomile and wet-slate minerality. Racy, concentrated palate of green apple and citrus pith, bright acidity and a long, powdery mineral finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled mackerel, snapper ceviche, oysters, roast lemon chicken, goat cheese. Asian: sashimi/sushi, Thai green curry, Vietnamese spring rolls, spicy Sichuan dishes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested and chilled fruit, whole-bunch pressing, cold settle and cool stainless-steel fermentation with minimal intervention to preserve purity and acidity.

Florita vineyard planted to Riesling in 1962, purchased by the Barry family in 1986. Jim Barry produces this single-vineyard micro-batch since 2004; family-owned winery with multi-generational winemaking.
