Tasting Note
Intense white florals, lime and lemon rind with green apple, wet slate minerality and a hint of petrol. Racy acidity, concentrated citrus and stone-fruit flavors, crystalline texture and a long, precise finish.

Florita is a historic Watervale vineyard replanted to Riesling in 1962, purchased by the Barry family in 1986. Jim Barry releases The Florita as a single‑site micro‑batch from oldest rows since 2004.
