Tasting Note

Dense blackberry, plum and dark chocolate with mocha, graphite and menthol lift. Full-bodied, viscous palate with firm, dusty/chewy tannins, lively acidity and a long, spicy, mineral finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested single-vineyard Shiraz from Armagh; fermented traditionally and matured ~14 months in French and American oak (high % new oak; barriques). Minimal intervention winemaking, bottled under cork.
