Tasting Note
Deep ruby; aromas of ripe cherry, strawberry, floral notes and gentle spice. Elegant, velvety palate with fine tannins, bright freshness and red-fruit core. Long, harmonious finish with subtle mineral and earthy undertones.

Production Method
Hand-harvested and sorted; de-stemmed, 5-day cold pre-fermentation maceration, spontaneous fermentation, ~3 weeks cuvaison; aged 12 months in oak (≈25% new); no fining.
