Tasting Note
Ruby red; aromas of red and black fruits with spice. Generous, round palate, silky but present tannins and long persistent finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, destemmed, 5-day cold pre-fermentation maceration, spontaneous fermentation ~3 weeks, aged ~14 months in oak (≈25% new). Organic-certified viticulture.
